Clamp-on Ultrasonic Meter For Liquids

Flow Sensor (FL0011)

allpronix-ema-flow-sensor EMA’S FL0011 and FL0003 works on the calorimetric principle, this flow measurement is based on two temperature sensors in close contact with the fluid but thermal insulated from each other. One of the two sensors is constantly heated and the cooling effect of the flowing fluid is used to monitor the flow. In a stationary no flow fluid condition there is a constant temperature difference between the two temperature sensors. When the fluid flow increases, heat energy is drawn from the heated sensor and the temperature difference between the sensors are reduced. The reduction is proportional to the flow rate of the fluid. These units are available in AC or DC supply and outputs of 4-20mA and Relay, Model FL0011, PNP and NPN, Model FL0003. Sensing range for liquids are 3 -300cm/s and for gases it ranges from 200 to 3000cm/s Calorimetric and smart flow sensor: Integrated display, controller and sensing element. The user can set the flow range and the warning signal discretionarily via the pushbuttons. The display includes a 10 LED flow rate indicator. The design uses no moving parts, which increased the reliability.

The Itabar is an averaging Pitot Flow Sensor, designed in such a way as to reduce drag and flow induced vibration.

The pitot tube works on the differential pressure measuring principle, with hardly any effect on the flow and very little pressure loss.  Pitot Flow Tubes allow for easy installation, reliability, and are virtually maintenance free.
